Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator Assistant to support our program coordination team in executing various projects and initiatives effectively. As a Summer Student
Assistant Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Samson Summer Student by providing administrative and logistical support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Administrative Support: Assist in the administrative tasks associated with program coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records and databases.
● Communication: Serve as a liaison between program coordinators, team members, and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication by responding to inquiries, relaying messages, and distributing relevant information.
● Logistical Coordination: Help in the planning and coordination of program events, workshops, and activities. This includes securing venues, arranging catering, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
● Documentation: Assist in the creation and distribution of program-related documents, such as reports, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
● Participant Support: Provide support to program participants by answering queries, assisting with registration processes, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
● Data Management: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of program data.
Maintain accurate records of participant information, feedback, and program outcomes.
● Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with program coordinators and other team members to support the overall success of programs. Contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing program effectiveness.
● Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Uphold standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications:
● Presently in a post-secondary program
● Speak and understand Cree language an asset.
● Willing to sign an Oath of Confidentiality Agreement. ● Must have a valid Driver’s License.
