Position: Data Entry Clerk
Reports to: Administrative Assistant/ Manager
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for data entry within the Community Wellness department. This is a critical component of the programs and services provided by Community Wellness for reporting purposes.
Responsibilities:
❖ Provide support to the Community Wellness Manager,
❖ Enter and review data information into the appropriate databases within SCW
❖ Monitoring and updating existing data when required
❖ Retrieving data for team members upon request
❖ Contribute to the evidence-based data collection process,
❖ Comply with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored
❖ Perform data searches
❖ Other duties as assigned by the manager
Knowledge and Skills:
● Computer skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PathDMS, and other databases,
● Interpersonal skills, team player,
● Flexible and adaptive
● Attention to detail and organizational skills,
● Able to follow instructions.
Education:
➔ Post-secondary education with a focus on Information Technology is an asset,
➔ Minimum 3 years’ experience working with computer programs and databases,
➔ Knowledge of the Cree language and culture,
➔ Excellent communication skills
Required Documentation:
➔ Copy of Valid Driver’s License
➔ Criminal Record Check (required upon successful hiring)
