Job Summary and Requirements This posting will be used to fill 1 temporary full-time position working 75 hours bi-weekly
. It will establish a 12-month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions. This job is based in the thriving and diverse city of Whitehorse in the beautiful Yukon. About our team As members of the Community Health Programs, the Panorama Clinical Informatics team works to support users of Panorama and associated applications.
The applications and functional areas include the Panorama Immunization, Inventory, Investigation (CD, TB, STI), Outbreak modules, a Clinical Appointment Scheduler, Reporting Application, among others, and continues to grow. The support these systems provides spans from front-line service provision to national reporting. We work closely with many program partners including the Yukon Immunization Program (YIP), Yukon Communicable Disease Centre (YCDC), and Community Nursing, to name a few. Our team is committed to providing training, support, and guidance to users of these applications. This opportunity Community Health Programs is looking for a highly organized professional to join its Panorama Team. As the Panorama Team Lead you will work closely with the Manager Panorama to determine priorities and provide direction and assistance to the Panorama Program Assistants. This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative functions including data quality assessment, timely and accurate data entry, provision of training, development of resources, and liaison with other business programs. This position will be responsible for the supervision of program assistants including assignment of tasks, training related to activities and auditing of work. As the Team Lead you will be an important link between the Manager Panorama and the Panorama Team.
