J o b D e s c r i p t i o n

Creation of design drawings from preliminary to construction stages

• Creation of 3D renderings accurately reflecting design criteria and client requests • Analyzation of building codes, by-law information, space requirements, site requirements, and other technical documents

• Preparation of drawings from conceptual sketches and instructions

• Coordination with Project Leads at each stage of a project’s development

• Coordination with various engineer and consultant teams to deliver complete drawing packages

• Preparation of design presentations for client approval. These presentations will contain a mix of drawings and 3D renderings

• Attending meetings with clients and consultants as required for each project and document meeting notes that accurately reflect decisions and direction arising from a discussion

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

R e q u i r e m e n t s

• Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent

• Availability Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday

• Minimum of 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

• Strong 3D rendering skills for presentations

• Knowledge of Alberta Building Code/British Columbia Building Code/National Building Code

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta

Job Description

• Assist with the production of various precast projects

• Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production • Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training

• Follow directions and work independently or with a crew

• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor

• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures Requirements

• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

• Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Precast Concrete Grouting & Patching Crew Member

We specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and building of precast concrete structures. Position Summary As a Precast Grouting & Patching Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in bringing Eagle Builders’ projects to life. From sealing massive concrete panels to ensuring long-lasting weather protection, your work is the finishing touch that keeps our buildings strong, durable, and looking their best. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed craftsmanship, and thrives as part of a team that builds big things together. We are seeking candidates with construction experience to perform a variety of physically intensive duties including lifting, bending, kneeling, working from heights, using hand/power tools, and being on your feet for long periods of time.

J o b D e s c r i p t i o n

• Prepare and finish precast concrete joints, seams, and panel edges, including mixing and applying grout as required

• Apply caulking/sealants to joints, seams and connections of precast panels

• Inspect completed joints for imperfections (such as gaps or bubbles) and correct as needed

• Patch and repair damaged panels to maintain quality standards

• Operate grinder, power tools, and equipment such as lifts, scaffolding, or ladders safely to reach elevated work areas

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in clean, working condition

• Perform a variety of tasks that support the overall progress of the build

• Work independently or collaborate effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site

• Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

R e q u i r e m e n t s

Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process

• Valid Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection 2

• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

• Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday

• Minimum 44 - 50 hours per week

• Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must have an eye for detail, color matching, and a creative mindset

• Ability to work at heights with proper safety restraints

• Proficient English communication skills to receive and relay information to and from crew members, foremen, and supervisors

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
