IT ASSET COORDINATOR – 3 MONTH CONTRACT- PEACE HILLS INSURANCE


Duties and Responsibilities:

 Communicate and coordinate with staff to validate assigned IT assets.

 Gather, organize, and identify errors data in IT asset register.

 Identification and categorization of IT assets

 Inventory and track IT asset.

 Assist with IT asset disposal in accordance with IT asset management policy.


Prior experience and qualifications of interest include:  Familiar with IT hardware and peripherals

 Excellent written and verbal communication

 Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps - SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Forms Working at Peace Hills Peace Hills understands that by reducing work-life struggles, individuals can enjoy a healthier lifestyle while improving productivity at work.
