Job Description • Assist in the installation of precast concrete components during the erection of commercial, industrial, multi-story, and agricultural buildings • Complete site prep work prior to the installation of precast concrete wall panels • Assist with the rigging and signaling of cranes • Accomplish a variety of tasks that help the progress of the build • Work effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site • Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
