Position Summary

Do you excel in hands-on roles and enjoy keeping materials organized for efficient hauling?

You’ll operate heavy machinery—shunt trucks, forklifts, overhead cranes, gantry cranes—to

load, secure, and transport products and materials safely, following team-directed hand signals

or radio communication.

Expect a physically demanding, outdoor role in all weather conditions, where you’ll manually

move heavy loads, assist crane operators and riggers, and conduct pre- and post-shift

inspections of equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Job Description

• Safely operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move material and product

(i.e.: overhead cranes, gantry cranes)

• Assist with the rigging and signals of cranes

• Responsible for general yard and loading bay laboring duties

• Ensure the yard and shipping area is kept organized and clean

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license, acceptable driver’s abstract

• Available to work 10-12 hours/day Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday

• Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended

periods

• Basic understanding of construction, equipment operating, overhead crane operating,

and rigging

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Ability to work at heights, up to 16 feet

• Follow instructions working with a team and independently

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication

Safety Coordinator

Job Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of the company safety program and

initiatives, providing updates company-wide as necessary

• Prepare and conduct safety and toolbox meetings to increase awareness of specific

safety hazards and processes

• Provide support and direction to sub-trade companies concerning their safety program

and address any safety-related questions

• Prequalify all potential sub-trade companies according to Eagle’s guidelines and

criteria

• Assist in updating, reviewing, and managing the company’s existing safety manual

• Develop Safe Job Procedures (SJP) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) to maximize the

safety of critical tasks

• Conduct new hire orientations and sub-trade orientations

• Train new workers in WHIMIS and other safety-related training as required

• Perform inspections and complete follow-up as required

• Conduct hazard assessments and ensure all safety aspects are current and up to date

• Supervision of workers, both Eagle and sub-trades daily to correct unsafe acts and

ensure safety conscience attitudes and work

• Ensuring corrective actions are applied and deliver the desired outcomes

• Tracking, recording, investigation and follow-up of all incidents, first aid recorders and

near misses, analyzing data to identify trends

• Apply on-the-job training by learning and implementing best practices in safety

management, continuously improving safety knowledge and skills.

• Participate in and contribute to training, meetings, and hands-on activities to enhance

safety expertise and practical application.

• Ensure maintenance schedules are met for all heavy equipment, machines, and tools

to ensure good working condition to minimize down time, costly maintenance and

prevent unexpected incidents

• Monitor driver logbooks to ensure compliance with National Safety Code (NSE)

regulations.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a preemployment assessment as part of the final hiring process

• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

• Available to work Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

• Minimum 40 hours per week, must be flexible, willing to work overtime and the

occasional Saturday

• Knowledge of Provincial OH&S, WHIMIS, WCB and related legislation

• Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

Job Description

• Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, maintaining full quality control across

multiple concurrent construction projects

• Lead the coordination of internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to

ensure seamless project execution

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contractual,

quality and safety requirements

• Strategically allocate labour, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and

outcomes

• Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, including schedules, costs,

change management and progress tracking

• Provide clear, consistent reporting and communication with executive leadership, sales,

site teams and clients

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including revisions and change orders with

architects, consultants, clients, and trade partners

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect schedule, cost, and quality objectives

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and sub-trades to

support long-term partnerships

• Delegate effectively and hold teams accountable, ensuring timely execution and followthrough

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Available Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional Saturdays

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week, with flexibility for project demands

• 5+ years of progressive experience in the building construction industry, preferably

multi-storey residential and/or commercial projects

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural systems, and exterior

envelopes

• Working knowledge of precast concrete construction

• Proven ability to interpret shop drawings, engineering documents, and generate accurate

take-offs

• Hands-on project execution experience with a clear understanding of construction

sequencing and trade scopes

• Demonstrated ability to monitor schedules, track progress, and identify deviations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing

priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to quickly adopt new software and systems
