Crane Iron Energy Services- Class 1 Truck Drivers (2) Positions

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Vehicle Operation & Safety: Driving commercial vehicles safely in various traffic and weather conditions. This includes conducting comprehensive inspections of vehicle systems like brakes, lights, and tires before, during, and after trips.

· Cargo Management: Ensuring cargo is properly loaded, secured, and distributed to meet safety regulations.

· Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation, including logbooks, bills of lading, and fuel consumption records. Compliance with hours-of-service regulations is essential.

· Communication & Logistics: Communicating with management, customers, and other drivers regarding routes, delays, or issues.

· Maintenance & Security: Reporting mechanical issues to management and performing minor roadside repairs if necessary. Ensuring the truck and trailer are secured when unattended.

Requirements:

· Must have a Class 1 driver’s license.

· Willingness to work on weekends or after hours.

· Must Have End Dump Experience.

· Must Have Pup Trailer Experience.

· Clean Driving record.

· Knowledge of Safety Regulations, especially transporting hazardous materials.

· Physically fit.

· Must be subject to alcohol and drug testing.
