• Coordinate architects, engineers, project consultants, contractors, and other technical specialists, ensuring

contract compliance and quality standards.

• Support the preparation and administration of capital funding submissions, cash-flow requests, and fundingagreement reporting.

• Review and approve progress claims, change orders, and payment certificates in coordination with the Finance

department.

• Track budget-to-actual performance, commitments, and forecasts, and report variances promptly to senior

leadership.

• Maintain complete project records to support audit, funder review, and asset capitalization requirements.

Governance, Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement

• Support the development of project governance structures, terms of reference, and decision-making processes.

• Provide regular progress reporting to AMO senior leadership and the Board, including milestone status, budgetto-actual variance, and risk updates.

organizations throughout project delivery.

• Lead engagement sessions and communicate project progress in a clear, culturally respectful manner.

Health, Safety and Compliance
