About the Role

Green Nation Naturals is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to support daily operations and provide steady leadership on the floor. This is an active leadership position focused on maintaining structure, guiding staff, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The Assistant Manager works alongside the team, supports procedures, and helps ensure customers and staff experience a calm and professional environment. Cannabis product knowledge is helpful and ongoing learning about products and regulations is expected as part of the position. Reliability, communication and leadership presence are essential to success in this role.

This role requires comfort making decisions and guiding staff respectfully during busy periods.

Responsibilities

∙ Run daily shifts and supervise staff

∙ Handle customer concerns and de-escalate situations

∙ Assist with coordinating shift coverage

∙ Support inventory procedures and receiving

∙ Enforce store policies and compliance procedures

∙ Reinforce store structure and communication channels
