Little Fox Services is seeking to hire a full-time Human Resources / Office Administration for its Samson Cree Head Office (located at Samson Condo Warehouse). Maskwacis, AB. Preference to candidates local to the area / region.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am -4:30pm (1 hour lunch break) – OT as required / permitted.

Job Duties / Requirements:

·Proven administrative experience.

·Superb written and verbal communication skills.

·Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. (Will teach)

·Solid interpersonal skills.

·High school diploma or equivalent (not essential)

·Occasional travel with rest of Management team for meetings, and client events

·Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

·Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.

·Coordinating and managing appointments, management meetings,

·Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

·Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
