Job Description • Assist in the installation of precast concrete components during the erection of commercial, industrial, multi-story, and agricultural buildings • Complete site prep work prior to the installation of precast concrete wall panels • Assist with the rigging and signaling of cranes • Accomplish a variety of tasks that help the progress of the build • Work effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site • Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor • Follow company safety policies and procedures Requirements • Valid Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection certification • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday • Minimum 44-50 hours per week • Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Able to work at heights with proper safety restraints • Good communication skills to receive and relay information to and from crew members, foremen, and supervisors • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta Assets • Previous experience installing precast structures and components • Experience using small equipment |Ex: skid steer, zoom boom, and aerial work platforms • Apprentice or Journeyman Ironworker certificate • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Job Description • Assist with the production of a variety of precast projects • Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other tasks related to the production of precast concrete • Prepared to work hands-on and receive on- the job training • Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures • Troubleshoot problems and report to the supervisor
Requirements • Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation • Available to work Tuesday - Saturday • Available to work night shifts with a consistent start time (end time may vary) • Minimum of 44 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime • Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints • Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta Assets • Basic understanding of construction principles
