Hours: Full-time; variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: · Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent · 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience · Good communication skills in English
Duties: · Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and food, · Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, · Monitoring and ordering supplies, · Inspecting kitchens and food service areas, · Training staff in preparations, cooking and handling food, · Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, · Cleaning the kitchen and work areas.
