Position Summary Are you looking for an opportunity to join an innovative team and build a rewarding career that will provide a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day? Eagle Builders is growing and seeking motivated full-time Precast Grouting and Caulking Labourers to join our field crews in Edmonton, Alberta. Successful candidates should have previous experience in the construction industry and be physically fit as this is a position that requires you to perform a variety of physically intensive duties including lifting, bending, kneeling, working from heights and being on your feet for long periods of time. This position will require you to work effectively with a 3-5 person crew while maintaining attention to details and observing safety policies. Majority of the projects will be local to the Edmonton, AB area, however paid out of town travel will be required as needed. Must be willing to work overtime and have a positive go-getter attitude.


J o b D e s c r i p t i o n • Mix and apply grout to designated areas • Caulking of panel to panel and panel to grade beam joints • Patch and repair any damaged panels and brace inserts • Operate a trowel to fill required areas on concrete walls • Skillfully use grinders and other power tools to polish and remove blemishes • Washing and sealing of panels as required • Accomplish a variety of tasks that help with the progress of the build • Working outdoors in all weather conditions • Working independently and/or in a small team environment • Take direction from appointed foreman or supervisor • Follow company safety policies and procedures A s s e t s • Previous experience in concrete grouting, patching and caulking R e q u i r e m e n t s • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to get to site in Edmonton daily •Valid Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform • Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 50lbs


Comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints • Minimum 44-50 hours per week, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday • Must be reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime • Follow company safety policies and procedures • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment • Must have an eye for detail, color matching and a creative mindset • Good communication skills to receive and relay information to and from Crew Members, Supervisors and Foremen • Local to or willing to relocate to Edmonton, AB area • Must be eligible to work in Canada. At the moment we are unable to sponsor international candidates
